CRMChat review and comparison with ScaleGram CRM

According to crmchat.ai, CRMChat is for selling on Telegram: finding new leads, sending automated messages and managing deals as a team. The site names personalized outreach campaigns across several Telegram accounts, automated message sequences, pipeline management and multiple workspaces for agencies.

The site lists as customers Web3 and SaaS companies, marketing agencies, iGaming B2B teams and affiliates, and content creators, for whom an AI bot handles conversations with fans.

The pricing page showed no prices in the content checked. It states a one-week trial for every plan. A setup service is offered from $450.

ScaleGram CRM connects your Telegram accounts in a shared inbox, puts conversations in a pipeline with customizable stages, from first message to upsell, and tracks, for each lead, their broker, UID, deposits and the commission calculated from the broker’s deal. Ad tracking gives one invite link per click and sends conversions back to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.

Automatic messages go out based on the lead’s stage, and follow-up rules can send a message after the delay you choose, for example on day 1, day 2 and day 7. Everything is free during the launch phase.

Outbound prospecting or inbound leads

CRMChat is built to write first to prospects, at scale. ScaleGram is built for leads who write to you after an ad or a piece of content, and to follow them up to the deposit. ScaleGram deliberately spaces its automatic sends, at least 4 seconds between two messages per account.

The language of trading affiliation

ScaleGram knows brokers, the client UID, CPA tiers, revshare per lot and minimum lots. CRMChat’s site does not describe tracking deposits or commissions.
