Telegram affiliate analytics: deposits, funnel, sources and closers
ScaleGram CRM computes its figures from what it already records: leads, their stages, their messages, their confirmed deposits and each broker’s deal. The Analytics screen shows them over the chosen period, the dashboard gives today’s picture, and the Tracking screen follows your ad campaigns.
In short
The Analytics screen shows new contacts, the number and amount of deposits, leads registered with a broker, unlocked commissions, a six-stage funnel, and performance per source, country, broker and closer. Periods range from today to a custom range, and the report exports to CSV.
What each figure counts
The Analytics screen filters by period: today, 7 days, 30 days, this month, or two dates of your choice. The counting rule is the same everywhere:
- lead figures cover leads created during the period;
- amounts cover confirmed deposits dated in the period;
- commissions cover leads whose first confirmed deposit falls in the period.
| Metric | How it is computed |
|---|---|
| New contacts | Leads created in the period |
| Number of deposits | Confirmed deposits in the period |
| Total deposit amount | Sum of confirmed deposits |
| Average FTD | Average amount of a confirmed deposit in the period |
| Broker-registered leads | Leads created in the period that have a broker UID |
| Unlocked commissions | Sum of CPA commissions with the unlocked status |
One chart follows confirmed deposits day by day, and a second compares new leads and deposits over the period.
The conversion funnel
The “Conversion funnel” splits the leads created in the period by the stage they are in today: New, Closing, Deposit pending, VIP, Commission unlocked, Upsell. Between two neighbouring stages, the CRM shows the step rate, and a badge gives the New to VIP conversion rate.
These are the stages of the default Support board. Stages you add to your affiliate pipeline stay visible in the pipeline itself.
Performance per source and per country
The “Performance by source” table groups leads by their source (TikTok, Instagram, a campaign, a referral: the source field of the record). For each source: number of leads, number of deposits, conversion rate, average deposit and total deposited. A chart splits leads by source, and a list ranks sources by amount deposited.
A map shows where leads are, with the top 15 countries. The country comes from the lead record, most often filled by the CellXpert sync.
Commissions per broker and per lead
The Commissions block applies each broker’s deal: the CPA tier matching the lead’s first deposit, plus the revshare per lot when it is enabled. It shows:
- unlocked and pending commissions, in number and amount, and the progress of lots traded against lots required;
- leads close to unlocking, above 80% of the required lots;
- the breakdown per broker: leads, total CPA, total revshare, total;
- the breakdown per lead: first deposit, CPA tier, CPA, lots, revshare, total and status (unlocked, paid or pending).
How broker deals work is described on the forex affiliate CRM page.
Deposits, line by line
The deposits table filters by broker and status, sorts by column and shows a totals row. It exports to CSV, like the full report for the period: metrics, sources, breakdown per broker and per lead. For an export kept up to date continuously, see the Google Sheets integration.
Team performance
The “Support team” tab measures the closers’ work over the same period:
- Top performers: the three closers who brought in the largest deposit amount.
- Closer performance: assigned leads, deposits won, amount, average response time, conversion rate and trend against the previous period of the same length.
- Response time: the average gap between a lead’s message and the team’s next reply, ignoring silences of 7 days or more.
- Clients signed per member: clients signed, amount deposited and commission generated.
The same tab shows the number of active conversations and of leads to follow up, flagged by your follow-up rules. Roles and lead assignment are covered on the team and permissions page.
The dashboard: today’s picture
The dashboard uses fixed windows: total leads, new contacts this week, channel joins over 7 days, today’s deposits, active conversations, leads to follow up, total deposits, link clicks, upsells and, if you turn it on, missed response times. A chart compares new leads and channel joins over the last 7 days.
Almost every tile opens: one click lists the leads behind the number, with a search box, and clicking a lead opens its record. A member without an administrator role only sees the figures of their own leads.
Ad campaigns
The Tracking screen follows each campaign from click to deposit: spend, clicks, channel joins, cost per join, departures, first messages, depositors, cost per depositor and amount deposited. Its funnel goes from clicks to joins, first messages, registrations and depositors, with a split by country and device. The details are on the Telegram ad tracking page.
Several workspaces, one view
An owner of several workspaces can merge their figures in the Analytics screen. Workspaces kept in another currency are left out, so amounts that cannot be compared are not added up.
