Google Sheets integration

Google Sheets export: your Telegram leads in an up-to-date sheet

Many affiliate teams started with a shared Google Sheet. ScaleGram CRM can keep that sheet, but as a view the CRM keeps up to date: closers work in the CRM, and the sheet follows.

In short

You connect a Google account, then create a sheet or pick an existing one. ScaleGram rewrites your lead list in it about 8 seconds after each change, with a safety export every 10 minutes. The export goes one way: from the CRM to the sheet.

What the sheet contains

One row per lead, in a tab named “CRM”, with these columns:

  • lead ID and creation date;
  • name and Telegram username;
  • status (the pipeline stage), source and broker;
  • country, email and phone;
  • total of confirmed deposits and commission status;
  • date of the last message and notes.

How the sheet stays up to date

  • After a lead changes, the export runs about 8 seconds later; a burst of changes gives a single export.
  • A safety export runs every 10 minutes for each connected workspace.
  • One button runs the export right away, another pauses it.

One way only: from the CRM to the sheet

The “CRM” tab is rewritten on each export. What you type in it is not read by the CRM and will be replaced on the next export. For your calculations, add your own tabs that read the “CRM” tab.

Connecting Google Sheets

  1. In Settings → Integrations, click the Google Sheets connection and allow access with your Google account.
  2. Create a new sheet in your Drive, or paste the address of an existing sheet.
  3. The export starts; the date of the last export and any error are shown in the same screen.

This setting is open to members with the permission to manage the workspace settings. The Google connection can be removed at any time from the same screen.

And CSV?

Leads and deposits also export to CSV, for members with the export permission, within what each member is allowed to see. Leads are imported from CSV (first name, last name, email, phone, Telegram username, source, notes): each row creates a new lead in the default stage.
