Tracked landing pages on your own domain

ScaleGram CRM builds the pages that welcome your visitors before Telegram: a template to customise or your own HTML, a button to your channel, your Meta pixel if you want it. Every visit and every button click is counted, and the leads and deposits that follow are reported on the page.

In short

The Acquisition pages screen builds a page from six templates or from raw HTML. The button leads to one of your invite links or to any address you choose. The CRM counts unique visitors, clicks, leads, depositors and deposits, per source and per device. Pages are published on your custom domain.

Build a page in a few settings

Pages are created in the “Acquisition pages” screen, by members who have the permission to manage them. A page takes a few fields:

FieldPurpose
Name and addressThe address is derived from the name and can be edited
Button destination linkOne of your channel invite links, or any address
Traffic sourceOptional: adds the source to the share link so you find it in the stats
Meta PixelOptional: your pixel ID, loaded on the page
PublishedA page stays a draft until you publish it

Six templates, or your own HTML

Template mode offers six layouts: Minimal, Full-screen image, Gradient, Card, Neon and Giant type. A live preview shows each change.

  • Text: badge, headline, subtitle, button text and footer line, for your disclaimer.
  • Typography: eight fonts, four text sizes, left or centred alignment.
  • The button: square, rounded or pill shape, and its colours, like those of the background and text.
  • Images: your logo, with its width, and a background image, stored by the CRM.

Raw HTML mode takes your own code: the button then points to the page’s click address, which the CRM gives you, so every click is counted. Pages built from a template get the template’s improvements without being saved again.

What the CRM measures on each page

Every visit and every button click is recorded with the traffic source, the device type (mobile or desktop) and the referring site. Bots and link previews are not counted. The visit’s ad parameters, such as fbclid or UTMs, are kept for 7 days and attached to the button click.

Leads, depositors and deposits are tied to a page through its invite link: a page with no channel link only counts its visits and clicks.
StatisticWhat it shows
Unique visitorsDistinct visitors of the page
ConversionsButton clicks, with the conversion rate
Leads generated, depositors, depositsLeads who came through the page’s invite link, those who deposited and the amount deposited
Activity over 30 daysVisits and conversions day by day
By source and by deviceVisits and conversions per traffic source, and the mobile / desktop split

The page list shows each page’s visits, conversions and rate, with a switch to publish or unpublish it.

From the button to the Telegram channel

When the button leads to one of your invite links, the click goes through the same tracking as your campaigns. If tracking is turned on for that campaign in the Tracking screen, each click gets its own Telegram invite link: the channel join, the first message, the registration and the deposit are tied to that click, and can be sent back to Meta, TikTok or Snapchat. Without tracking, every visitor gets the same link and the CRM counts the clicks.

The page’s Meta pixel sends the page view event from the browser. Conversions further down the journey (join, registration, deposit) go server-side through the Conversions API: see Telegram ad tracking and the Meta Ads integration.

Your own domain

In the settings, Integrations tab, the “Custom domain” section links a domain or subdomain to your workspace, for example signals.yourdomain.com. Members who have the permission to manage settings take care of it.

  1. You enter the domain in the CRM.
  2. You add, at your domain provider, the DNS record the CRM shows.
  3. The CRM verifies the domain and shows the status of the HTTPS certificate, which can take about ten minutes to be issued.

Once the domain is verified, your pages open at your-domain/page-name, and the root of the domain shows your latest published page. The Acquisition pages screen then gives links on your domain directly. A domain links to a single workspace.

Why a page before Telegram

An ad that leads straight to Telegram leaves no trace of the visit. A page in between gives you a place to present your channel and your disclaimer, load your pixel, and measure how many visitors actually click. With a tracked invite link, you then know which of them joined, wrote and deposited. Results also show in the analytics and the affiliate pipeline.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an external tool to build the pages?

No. Pages are built in the CRM, from six templates or your own HTML, with a live preview.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You link a domain or subdomain in the settings by adding the DNS record shown; the CRM verifies it and shows the status of the HTTPS certificate.

What does the CRM measure on a page?

Unique visitors, button clicks, and the leads, depositors and deposits that came through its invite link, per source and per device.

Does each visitor get their own Telegram link?

Yes when the button leads to an invite link with tracking turned on in the Tracking screen. Otherwise everyone gets the same link and clicks are counted.

Can I add my Meta pixel?

Yes. The page’s pixel sends the page view; joins, registrations and deposits go to Meta server-side, through the Conversions API.

How many pages can I create?

The product sets no page limit, and pages are free during the launch phase.
