Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ScaleGram CRM (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ScaleGram CRM is a customer-relationship platform for trading affiliates that centralizes Telegram conversations, an affiliate pipeline, lead management and commissions in a single workspace. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and within your workspace, including the actions of team members you invite. You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive purposes.
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates the rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service to process data you have no lawful right to process.
4. Telegram and third-party services
When you connect your Telegram account, you authorize the Service to access and act on your behalf using your Telegram session. You are responsible for complying with Telegram's Terms of Service and with the terms of any other integration you enable (e.g. Meta, Google, ad platforms, broker platforms). We are not affiliated with Telegram. Misuse of Telegram (such as mass messaging) may lead to your Telegram account being restricted by Telegram, which is outside our control.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the data and content you create or import. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store and process the personal data of your leads and contacts. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Pricing
The Service is currently offered free of charge during its launch phase. We may introduce paid plans in the future; any pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before they apply, and you will be free to decline.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
8. Disclaimer
ScaleGram CRM is a software tool. We do not provide financial, investment or trading advice, and we are not responsible for the commercial outcomes of your affiliate or trading activity. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleGram CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero during the free phase).
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts, subject to applicable law.
