According to tgtracker.io, TG Tracker tracks the journey from an ad click to Telegram actions: join requests, joins, bot starts and private messages. It sends these events to Meta (Conversions API), TikTok (Events API) or an external server, and one action can go to several destinations. The site names Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.

Its setup guide (8 April 2026) describes a private channel with join requests, a bot connected to the channel and a dynamic invite link generated for each campaign.

TG Tracker also offers a built-in CRM: a unified inbox for bots, mini apps and private-message entry points, conversation assignment by round robin or percentage, folders, automation rules and pipeline management. For agencies: isolated sub-accounts per client, client permissions, view-only mode, custom domain and branding.

Pricing is pay as you go, per tracked user by their country: $0.09 (tier 1), $0.06 (tier 2) or $0.03 (tier 3), with no monthly fee, and a custom plan for large volumes. The site says you can start for free, with no credit card.

What ScaleGram CRM does

With a link per click, the member who joins is tied exactly to the click that brought them, with no join request to approve. TG Tracker describes a dynamic link per campaign on a join-request channel: the request lets the bot identify the person. Both approaches send the event to the ad network; they do not need the same channel setup.
