Affiliate pipeline: Telegram lead management
In ScaleGram CRM, each Telegram lead moves through a pipeline whose stages you define. The CRM timestamps every change, shares new leads between your closers and keeps the commission separate from the stage.
In short
The default pipeline has two boards: Support (first message, closing, deposit to confirm, VIP, follow up) and VIP (active VIP, commission unlocked, to upsell, upsell done). You can create, rename, recolor, reorder or delete stages. A stage change records the history and can trigger messages, webhooks and ad events.
An affiliate pipeline, not a sales pipeline
A sale ends at the signature. Trading affiliation goes on after it: closing comes before the deposit, then the client’s life after it, with the commission to unlock and the upsell. That is why ScaleGram splits two boards by default.
| Board | Default stages |
|---|---|
| Support | First message, Closing, Deposit to confirm, VIP, Follow up |
| VIP | Active VIP, Commission unlocked, To upsell, Upsell done |
Stages you define
- Create, rename, recolor and reorder the stages of each board.
- Delete a stage once it is empty: the CRM refuses to delete a column that still holds leads.
- These settings need the permission to manage the pipeline.
What happens when a lead changes stage
- The change is timestamped in the lead’s timeline, with their deposits and messages.
- Automations tied to that stage run: template message, tag, assignment, notification, webhook. See auto replies.
- The signed status-change webhook notifies your tools.
- If that stage is chosen as the registration stage, the registration event goes to the ad networks, once per lead.
Assign leads to your closers
A Telegram conversation becomes a lead in one click. It can be assigned automatically at that moment, depending on the workspace setting: in turn, to the least busy closer, or not at all (the default).
- Bulk edits (assignment, tags, stage) cover up to 500 leads at a time.
- A member who is not a manager sees only their own leads in the list, statistics and exports.
- Follow-up rules mark “to follow up” the leads with no reply, no deposit or no trade after the delay you choose.
The commission, separate from the stage
The commission status does not depend on the column the lead is in. It turns “unlocked” automatically when the first confirmed deposit falls in a CPA tier of the broker’s deal and the minimum lots are reached. The other way round, a deposit or a CellXpert sync never moves the lead: the stage stays a team decision. The calculation is detailed on the forex affiliate CRM page.

Frequently asked questions
Can I change the pipeline stages?
Yes. You can create, rename, recolor, reorder and delete stages, with the permission to manage the pipeline. A stage that still holds leads cannot be deleted.
Why two boards?
Because trading affiliation has two phases: closing up to the deposit, then following the client with the commission and the upsell. You can adapt both.
Does a deposit move the lead to the next stage?
No. Deposits and the CellXpert sync do not change the stage. An automation can do it if you set one up.
How are leads shared between closers?
One by one, in bulk, by automation or automatically when they are created: in turn or to the least busy closer. Automatic assignment is off by default.
Can I import my existing leads?
Yes, by CSV: first name, last name, email, phone, Telegram username, source and notes. Each row creates a lead in the default stage.
Are Telegram leads created automatically?
Conversations arrive in the inbox, and you decide which ones become leads, in one click. Members who came from a tracked campaign are tied to their click as soon as they join.
